Cars begin to arrive in showrooms from April 2021. Pre-order today, and the soonest you’ll receive your car is April, and the latest is May 2021. Between now and then, we’ll make sure to keep you fully up-to-date with all of the Sandero Stepway news and the latest updates if you opt-in and we’ll be on hand to help you if you have any questions.
You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and be added to our pre-order list. We will then pass your order to a retailer of your choice on the 1st February, where they’ll get in touch straight away to confirm the specification of your car and walk you through the payment options available to you. Then all that’s left is to sit back and wait for your lovely new car to arrive.
When will my car arrive?
The earliest arrivals will be April, and the latest will be May. If this changes in the coming months, we’ll be sure to let you know but we are working as hard as we can to get the cars to you as quickly as possible.
I’ve changed my mind & no longer want a Sandero Stepway. How can I get my deposit back?
Really simple. We offer no hassle refunds of your £99 pre-order deposit. Simply contact our customer relations team by whichever channel is most convenient to you, and they’ll sort it out straight away. You can see how to contact us here.
I’ve changed my mind on the spec / colour / version / engine. Can I change my pre-order?
Don’t worry, your order does not become final until our friendly retailer has been in touch with you to finalise your requirements, so just keep in mind the changes you’d like to make and explain them to your chosen retailer when they make contact. They can make the changes for you.
What are your finance offers?
You’re a pioneer! You’ve pre-ordered your Dacia before any vehicles are built and our finance offers aren’t ready yet. We’ve given you the MRRP to give you an idea of the cost of the vehicle, and we’ll continue to work on our finance offers, which will be available when your retailer gets in touch with you. If the finance package (or anything else!) isn’t right for you, we’ll simply refund you your deposit – it’s as straight forwards as that.
I have a part exchange, what is it worth and can I use it towards buying my new Sandero?
Yes! We welcome all part exchanges and you will be able to use this towards the purchase of your All-New Sandero Stepway. When your retailer gets in touch, they’ll ask you to take your vehicle to them so that they can give you the very best value of your car, and help explain what your new car will cost you. In the meantime, you can see what your car is worth today by clicking here, but note that values change all of the time (up and down!) so the valuation you get today may be different from the one you receive in February.
I already have a Dacia funded with finance, can I still pre-order?
Of course you can.

It may take our retailers a few days to work through all of the orders, but rest assured they will be in contact with you as soon as possible! * To pre-order a Sandero, you must be a UK resident (including the Channel Islands) and over 18. These pages are updated on a regular basis. However, in the unlikely event that your chosen selection is no longer available, your dealer will assist you in finding a suitable close alternative. Your reservation does not commit you to a purchase or guarantee the selected vehicle, until you have completed your order with your local Dacia retailer.
