When will my car arrive?

 

Lead times on new vehicles across the industry are a little longer than usual due to a global shortage of computer chips. As someone who has pre-ordered a Jogger, your dealer will send you an e-mail as soon as its time to confirm the details of your order, including finance options, vehicle colour and spec. Once you have placed your order with your Dacia retailer, they will confirm estimate delivery time frames with you.

 

 

I’ve changed my mind & no longer want an All-New Dacia Jogger. How can I get my deposit back?

 

Really simple. We offer no hassle refunds of your £99* pre-order deposit* up until the point the vehicle is ordered at your chosen Dacia retailer. Simply contact our customer relations team by whichever channel is most convenient to you – live chat via the dacia.co.uk homepage, telephone via the ‘contact us’ section on our website. They will then sort it out for you and you will receive your refund in 14 days. You can see how to contact us here.

 

 

I’ve changed my mind on the spec / colour / version / engine. Can I change my pre-order?

 

Don’t worry, your pre-order does not become final until you have placed your order with a Dacia retailer, so just keep in mind the changes you’d like to make and explain them to your retailer when they contact you beforehand and they can make the changes for you.

 

 

What are your finance offers?

 

You’re a pioneer! You’ve pre-ordered your Dacia before any vehicles are built and our finance offers aren’t ready yet. We’ve given you the manufacturer’s recommended retail price to give you an idea of the cost of the vehicle, and we’ll continue to work on our finance offers, which will be available when your retailer gets in touch with you. If the finance package (or anything else!) isn’t right for you, we’ll simply refund you your deposit – it’s as straight forward as that.

 

 

I have a part exchange, what is it worth and can I use it towards buying my new Jogger?

 

Yes! Part exchanges are welcome at participating Dacia retailers and you will be able to use this towards the purchase of your All-New Jogger (subject to terms and conditions that apply with the Dacia retailer). When your Dacia retailer gets in touch, ask them if they offer a part exchange and if they do, they’ll ask you to take your vehicle to them so that they can give you the very best value of your car, and help explain what your new car will cost you. In the meantime, you can see what your car is worth today by clicking here, but note that values change all of the time (up and down!) so the valuation you get today may be different from the one from the one you receive when you place your order with your Dacia dealership.

 

 

I already have a Dacia funded with finance, can I still pre-order?

 

Of course you can.
