What happens after I place my deposit?
Once you've placed your pre-order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be added to our pre-order list. This means you're now at the front of the queue to receive your Bigster. Your chosen Dacia Retailer will also be in touch to confirm your choice, discuss any additional options and confirm next steps.

When will I get my car?
First cars are expected to arrive in April 2025. Your Dacia retailer will reach out in March when full orders open to confirm your order details.
Cars will be delivered on a first-come, first-serve basis, so by pre-ordering now you’ll be among the first to drive and enjoy Bigster's cutting-edge features.

Of course - we offer no hassle refunds of your £250 pre-order deposit* up until the point the vehicle is ordered at your chosen Dacia retailer. Simply contact us via the Live Chat button and one of our Dacia Guides will assist you. Once your request has been processed, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
Don’t worry, your pre-order does not become final until you have placed your order with a Dacia retailer. Just keep in mind the changes you’d like to make and let your retailer know when they contact you.
You are not able to exchange the accessories pack for the cash equivalent or for any other accessories in our range. We have created this pack to give you useful everyday items that help you go about your busy life and make your Bigster stand out from the crowd.
Yes! Part exchanges are welcome at participating Dacia retailers. You will be able to use the value of your part exchange against the purchase of your Bigster (subject to terms and conditions that apply with the Dacia retailer).
If your retailer offers part exchange, they’ll ask you to take your vehicle to them and provide you with a valuation and explain what your new car would cost you.
In the meantime, you can see what your car is worth today by using our handy tool. Please note that values can go up and down, so the valuation you get today may be different from the one from the one you receive when you place your order with your Dacia Retailer.
Yes, however, our finance offers aren't ready yet. Since you've pre-ordered before any vehicles are built, we've provided you with the manufacturer’s recommended retail price to give you an idea of the cost of the vehicle. We’ll continue to work on our finance offers, which will be available when your retailer gets in touch with you.

To pre-order a Bigster, you must be a UK resident (including the Channel Islands) and over 18. Please note that the pre-order deposit of £250 does not constitute acceptance of any offer and does not guarantee a vehicle’s availability. Your offer is accepted once you have completed your order at your chosen Dacia retailer. The pre-order deposit of £250 is fully refundable up until the point the vehicle is ordered at your chosen Dacia retailer. If you change your mind at any time prior to completing your order, contact our Dacia Guides via Live Chat who will process your refund within 14 days. When the time comes for you to confirm your order with your chosen retailer, they will be able to provide you with the latest delivery information. This expected timeframe or date of delivery is not a guaranteed and may be subject to change at any time, without notice. These pages are updated on a regular basis.
